Hidden inside the Sabana Ecosystem flooded with the influence of the wind, the “HERE HERE” property houses strategic natural ecosystems such as the gallery forest and representative ecotonians, where the diversification of flora and fauna of several ecosystems converges. The conservation of the "zural" ecosystem, key in the regulation of microclimate, humidity and sediments, stands out. This has allowed the property to be highlighted as a reference at an environmental, tourist and investigative level.

CO2Bio P1, It reduces CO2 emissions through activities that mitigate deforestation and forest degradation, as well as the conversion of natural wetlands on 124 private properties located in the departments of Arauca and Casanare. To achieve this goal, the project supports comprehensive landscape actions, addressing land-use change and implementing more sustainable practices in forest and wetland ecosystems. The resulting socio-environmental impact of the project's activities will enable ecosystem managers to receive economic incentives, strengthen local governance, promote sustainable rural development, and improve their quality of life in a region marked by agricultural expansion with industrial crops. The environmental, social, and economic impact targets a total of 102,863 hectares, with accountable areas distributed across 10,532.3 hectares of forest and 50,352.8 hectares of wetlands. The Verified Carbon Units (VCUs) associated with this property have been entirely sold to LATAM Airlines Group; therefore, there are currently no VCUs available for sale on this property.
